Random lasing behaviour in Al-doped ZnO nanorods

چکیده

A novel method of doping Aluminum (Al) into zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorods by a simple chemical dip process is evaluated in terms its performance random lasing. The ZnO were synthesized the bath deposition (CBD) at fixed temperature 96 °C for 3 h. then dipped solution concentration. time was varied between 0 s and 80 gradual increase Al % from nanorod array observed with increasing time. Doping aluminum nitrate nonahydrate 40 contributes to lasing lowest threshold value 12.48 mJ/cm2 spectral width 2.12 nm.
